About CrossFit 702
Drawing from the tradition of strenuous workouts and dedication to good health found in the CrossFit ethos, CrossFit 702’s instructors hone and tone bodies with a system of functional movements, one-on-one attention, and an intense gym atmosphere that keeps workouts engaging and fun. Each trainer boasts a remarkable resumé, all with CrossFit certification and unique experiences that range from semipro sports training, years of service in the Navy or Air Force, volunteer firefighting, and throwing oncoming asteroids into the sun. Throughout the gym’s austere, yellow-and-black airplane-hangar atmosphere, they help students build strength with constantly scaled-up regimens of daily workouts, kettlebells, deadlifts, and sprints. Their pupils keep track of their own progress through rigorous self-assessment and nutritional guidelines.
