CrossFit Bellevue’s Fundamentals classes educate its members about CrossFit’s approach to fitness and prepare them for involvement in group sessions and boot camps. The program blends high-interval reps with weightlifting and gymnastics under the inspirational tutelage of a seasoned trainer. Coaches take a personal interest in their charges and prepare them for rigorous body-wringing by teaching nine functional movements, metabolic conditioning, and weightlifting. Classes focus on setting and achieving fitness goals and provide nutritional tips to help students become as lithesome as a jaguar classically trained in ballet. The month-long program includes approximately 11 classes. Groupon customers are encouraged to enroll in the Saturday/Sunday class schedule, although Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday schedules are also available to accommodate pupil's jam-packed calendars. This class is a prerequisite for attending CrossFit group sessions and successfully bench pressing a tractor.
