About CrossFit Carrollton
At CrossFit Carrollton, fitness isn’t about stair climbers, TV-equipped treadmills, or dance aerobics. It’s about pushing the body to its absolute limit with nothing but no-frills equipment and functional movements inspired by everyday activities, such as pushing a lawnmower, lifting a bag of groceries, and wrestling a banana from the grip of a feral gorilla. Experienced instructors lead intense workout sessions containing an ever-changing lineup of pull-ups, weightlifting drills, and cardio challenges such as rowing and running. To help a wide range of exercisers to cultivate stamina, agility, and lean muscle mass, trainers can scale workouts to better suit different levels of strength and endurance.
