Choose Between Two Options

Each package includes two weeks of CrossFit On-Ramp classes (during which clients learn the techniques needed to safely perform CrossFit's various exercises) followed by two weeks of standard CrossFit classes. CrossFit On-Ramp classes take place at 7 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. on Monday and Friday, and 7:15 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday.
CrossFit uses a variety of strongman-style functional-movement exercises that are designed to carve out muscles and boost fitness including speed, agility, and power.
CrossFit Flight’s coaches know that CrossFit can be intimidating, so they also offer Flight Fit boot camps, which focuses more on cardio exercises and core drills, rather than CrossFit's strength-building movements and complex gymnastic skills. The camps also utilize various work-to-rest ratios to maximize fitness results and get clients back in shape. They are even used by some as a gateway into the CrossFit program.
