During classes, certified coaches lead students through a different Workout of the Day each day. The lineup of exercises always changes; however, it often includes moves such as running, rowing, weight lifting, kettlebell fitness, pushups, pull-ups, and unconventional exercises such as tire flipping and rope climbing. Lindsey Hanlon, the owner of CrossFit Invigorate, ascended to the level of NCAA Division 1 National Qualifier in the breaststroke, which further fueled her passion for physical fitness. Now, at CrossFit Invigorate, she leads athletes and fitness disciples toward their fitness and wellness goals according to CrossFit’s principles of varied, functional strength.
