As soon as I walked in, it was a little intimidating. But once the instructor assembled us together and went over the work outs things were great from there! Even if you're not at your best , their exercises are easy enough for beginners to excel in. The trainers are all so nice and helping. I even made some great first time visitor friends there as well! I left the class feeling motivated and exhausted but it was worth it every step of the way! I totally recommend this class for anyone willing to take the next step in their lives towards fitness.-Val B.
