It’s a hard place to find but once there it was great fun! Come with lots of energy and the expectation to let loose despite your level of experience and you’ll feel the burn!

This group is consistently the BEST! The dances are fun for all levels and the instructors really know their stuff! They have fun so we do too. Best cardio I ever do.
