Diva’s and GQ’s put the needs of the clients first and a smile on their faces. We take pride in hearing “thank you” a million times, and it shows with the referrals we receive. It’s not that everyone does it, it’s how differently you can show it. Presentation is everything. “Your vision is our mission.”
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was inspired to start this business because—attending event after event—I realized so many clients were paying for something that was not worth paying for. I figured I could make my prices affordable and make it all about the client. Listening is key to an epic event that will bring more pleased clients.
What do you love most about your job?
In this business it can be stressful. But it is all worth it at the end when the client feels a sense of “wow.” That’s my reward.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I’m a great listener and I took every detail into consideration. And that’s the best feeling. I live to make people feel a sense of satisfaction.
