Dive Bar takes its culinary inspirations from across the country, from New England's fresh oysters to Texan barbecue and Hawaiian ahi tuna. Some highlights from the menu include bourbon-infused salmon, grilled cheese with prosciutto, and a chocolate vaportini, made with van gogh dark chocolate vodka that guests literally inhale from a special evaporation chamber. Dishes are prepared from scratch in the open kitchen just beyond the rustic and inviting front dining room. The restaurant also features a private dining room for special events and parties, as well as an outdoor garden patio that opens during the warmer months.
