Steve Dutton and Dan Goldfield are longtime friends, colleagues, and decorated wine experts. They use their real-life experience and academic knowledge in viticulture and enology to produce award-winning wines under the name of Dutton-Goldfield winery. Since it's best to enjoy drinks with a company, they decided to share their products and knowledge to not only let others enjoy their Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays but also to educate about the entire winemaking process, from vineyard to glass. Here's a look at Dutton-Goldfield's select products: 2016 Rued Vineyard Chardonnay - this balanced white wine with hints of pear, lemon oil, brioche, and roasted chestnuts. It was aged for 15 months in French oak to add richness and texture to the wine. 2015 Morelli Lane Vineyard Zinfandel - best combined with Memphis-style short ribs or blue cheese burger, this red wine boasts signature raspberry flavor which is followed by cassis and toffee notes. 2016 Angel Camp Vineyard Pinot Noir - this rich yet delicate red wine features sweet, black raspberry notes which are combined with sandalwood, black cherry, and plum.
