Oakmont has two well established golf courses, a full service restaurant/banquet facility, two fully equiped golf shops and a double ended driving range in the heart of wine country in the Valley of the Moon.The West Course is 6300 yards in length with large undulating greens and a challenging arrangement of trees, creeks and ponds. Par is 72, the rating is 69.56 and the slope is 120. The East Course is one of Northern California`s most challenging executive courses. Par is 63, rating 61.2 and slope 100. Both courses are available to the public for daily and tournament play.
The East Course at Oakmont has been frequently referred to as one of Northern California’s most challenging executive courses. While it was a golf course designed for seniors and beginners, it has become a challenge for all types of golfers. Classed as an executive layout, Oakmont East, with its large greens, 45 well-placed bunkers, heritage oak trees, water hazards and scenic views of and Annadel State Park Forest, combine for a very enjoyable experience for all golfers. After a round on this course, most of our guests tell us this unique golf experience is well worth another round, soon! The East Course par is 63, rating 61.2 and slope 100.

The South Course is now open! The public has greeted the new South Course with tremendous enthusiasm. Ten months in the construction process, the South Course at Foxtail has undergone an extensive renovation and is now open for play. Improvements include comprehensive fairway drainage, contoured and returfed fairways, and new bunkers and tees. There have also been irrigation improvements such as pond restoration and new pumps and controls. “Everything about the new South Course is better – new tees, contoured fairways and 14 new bunkers.” says club General Manager John Theilade of the par-71, 6,500 yard layout. “The difference is night and day with the new drainage.”
