Alex, from California Cleaning Co., was very professional, personable, and did an excellent job. The company called and scheduled my appointment, and they called me ahead of my appointment to let me know when they would arrive. He explained the process, cleaned my vent, and checked out my concerns with my dryer. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call him back for the next time I need the vent cleaned.
