My service man was very friendly and prompt and knowledgeable. He helped fit my dryer hose more accordingly and snipped a few things that was previously rigged in order to fit in my new laundry room since moving into my new home.
He was respectful of my no shoe policy . The service itself did not take long however he was very thorough and cleaned up after.
