About Fighter Fit Boxing
In the tradition of mixed martial arts, experienced fighter Paul Mendoza and his expert instructors fuse karate, boxing, kickboxing and grappling to create the perfect workout and self-defense in the Karate program. In addition the aim of the class is to help create focus, confidence and discipline in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Matted training areas cover the 8,200-square-foot facility, where heavy bags and treadmills await pounding. Locker rooms store personal items.
