What You'll Get
Sit-ups remain one of the best methods of reshaping the abdomen, second only to standing in front of a lit cannon. Enjoy explosive exercise with today’s Groupon to East Valley Bootcamp, valid at four area locations. Choose between the following options:
- For $29, you get 12 boot-camp fitness classes (up to a $144 value).
- For $39, you get 24 boot-camp fitness classes (up to a $239 value).<p>

Kristi Larsen, owner of East Valley Bootcamp, leans heavily on her ACE certification as a personal trainer and NSCA certification as a strength-and-conditioning coach to sculpt bodies into finer fettle. During each four-week campout, corpus-constructing coaches push students toward their goals with energizing physical challenges and encouraging words, each more motivating than a high-five from your time-traveling buffer self. Though no two workouts are identical, many sessions blend strength-building body-weight exercises, such as planks and pushups, with muscle-toning dumbbell drills such as bicep curls and tricep kickbacks. Calories melt and energy levels soar during the workout’s cardio portion, which gets people moving with jumping rope, jumping jacks, or gym bags secretly filled with killer bees.
To encourage students to work at their own pace, the coach shares exercise modifications for different fitness levels. Like a postal-worker volleyball tournament, classes are coed and take place outside, rain or shine. Consult the camp’s FAQ page for a list of items to bring along.
Though East Valley Bootcamp sometimes offers online discounts, today’s Groupon is still the best deal available.
