They were very pushy with treatments and overwhelmingly asking me to purchase treatments and products. The facial result was good. But because this was a Groupon purchase they don't properly give you full service that goes with facials.
I would say it was more like an express facial!
I did not realize that it was $$ towards a facial, the total cost of the facial is $140 - I still had to pay $99
However the facialist was amazing! I had Stephanie and she talked me through my issues and what to use to help. She made sure all temperatures and stinging was okay while also making me feel relaxed. It was great!
Reason for the 3 stars: Parking at their West Loop location is a challenge, I wish when they'd called to remind me of the appointment that they'd have mentioned there is a ton of construction and street parking is limited. Secondly, I have barely been out during the pandemic but this was the first place I've been where they did not take my temperature upon entry, there was no instruction to please wash my hands etc. which the technician wore a mask and gloves it made me a bit uneasy about who else might have been in the room beforehand. I had a lash tint and lift and I normally get them regularly, tried this spot to see if it could be my new place since I am no longer downtown on a day to day and I can honestly say I am neither thrilled nor totally disappointed -- it was a Groupon, I think you get what you pay for. The gal missed tinting the tips of my lashes which are blonde and the curl/lift is barely noticeable, I am still going to have to use a lash curler and mascara (whole purpose of getting a lash lift and tint!), it's not as dramatic as other places do. Normally the procedure takes about an hour other places I've been, I was in an out in legit 20 minutes here. I wouldn't recommend and won't return -- like I said with these Groupons, you get what you pay for.
My service was excellent. During this reopening phase you have to be accommodating and understand that many of these companies are just getting their supplies back. Only downfall to that meant the stones weren't there in order for me to get the hot stones that I paid for but the lovely service well made up for that. :)
We answer how much should it cost and how long it should take. Plus: what are they gonna do to your face?

About ElleHomme Holistic Med Spa
Transformation is the modus operandi of ElleHomme Holistic Med Spa. Located in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, Ellehomme brings about change in clients with the help of its medical staff and its technology-based aesthetic treatments. Overseen by Dr. Joseph, the team of aestheticians and registered nurses use laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation treatments, and dermal fillers to minimize signs of aging and send clients out the door with enough confidence to ask the bartender to see his ID. Notable treatments include Laser Genesis, a nonsurgical procedure that accelerates collagen production to help tone and tighten the skin, and the Derma Roller, which can reduce scars, acne blemishes, and stretch marks. Clients can then top off their transformative treatments by relaxing with a massage or facial.
