I got discouraged after day 2 that my body just couldn't do a lot of the things I wanted it to but my coach helped me with technique and everyone is great and gives lots of encouragement and now it's going great. I can see a change in my body after one week! Love it!

Meeting twice weekly for eight weeks, Aim High classes—valid for students of all ages—begin Friday, June 14. Students take part in weekly fitness tests, learn about healthy nutritional choices, and learn the basics of tae kwon do. Students finish the program with a promotion to the next belt level and a celebratory graduation party. A uniform is included.<p>
