Executive chef Grant Green directs a culinary troupe of cooks who delicately craft a curated dinner menu of multicultural sushi, seafood, and steakhouse fare, all perfectly complemented with Canyon Road wines. Blast off on a culinary voyage with vivacious appetizers such as the natural seared diver scallops with wasabi cream or the philadelphia roll with smoked salmon, cucumber, and cream cheese wrapped in seaweed and rice as tightly as a cannoli with abandonment issues. The lobster and chive risotto bolsters its flavor credentials with seared shrimp and scallops and a flavorful shower of black-pepper-infused olive oil. Connect with your inner cowboy by throwing a saddle over the 16-ounce spice-rubbed bone-in rib eye, or immerse incisors in the 12-ounce hickory-seared pork chop with whipped sweet potatoes, fig, and fire-roasted apples, dramatically illuminated by the dining room’s crimson pendant lamps.
