What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Four Fitness is the only private personal training studio in the McGinley Square area of Jersey City. We have one goal only - to help you build strength and endurance through functional movements for the most effective calorie burn and workout possible. Your fitness goals become ours.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our staff are personable and professional who practice the lifestyle they preach. At Four Fitness we get to know you as an individual and meet you where you are at. Our staff are creative and innovative, and strive to keep each work out interesting with a wide range of movements and routines.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After years of experience in the fitness industry, our Founder, Marcisco Morrison, saw a need in Jersey City for a space made available to allow for a focus on the body, utilizing a variety of mucles groups using body weight and free weights rather than singular areas dependent on use of machinery.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the transformation in a client, not only visible physically, but seen in his/her self confidence, increase in energy, and attitude of innovation and creativity in their own work outs as they are empowered to work out independently as well as with a trainer.
