Took my first Body Evolutions class at the Chelsea location, and loved it! Great instructor, great equipment, and good ambiance.

This was my first time experiencing Pilates. I truly enjoyed and benefited from my personal reformer Pilates session with Tina. She understood my physical challenges and provided targeted instructions and the studio felt peaceful.

Eliza was a great instructor for the intro to Pilates class. If you’re thinking about taking the class, do it!
