Made an easy online same day appointment before I bought the Groupon and someone called me back within 10mins to confirm the appointment as promised. Friendly service. Was done in about an hour on a Tuesday. My car is in good shape so any upsells were really recommendations mostly based on the mileage of the vehicle, but I’m used to that. I’d visit again now that I signed up for Midas Rewards.

They were easy to work with: I called first to make sure they accept the coupon and I was told yes but I needed to make an appt. We started to check what was available and he asked if I could come in the next forty-five minutes and I said that would be perfect. He asked for my car information so he could book my appt. When I arrived the customer area was neat and clean and when the Manager came out I showed him my coupon and he said would verify the coupon-which took less than two minutes- and came out and told me that it covered everything but the CA mandated oil recycling charge and it was a minor cost less than $7.00. He told me I would pay after everything was completed. They checked my car for services that my car needed and showed it to me and said to me in what order they should be done. I thanked him and when my car was completed I paid and left. They didn’t try to upsell me right then and there, which was nice. I feel they were professional and courteous. I will go back for my next repairs.
