Directions:

• Remove protective films from the pads.
• Place pads on clean skin and on the area you want to treat.
• Connect wire to the pads (snap)
• Connect wire plug on the device output
• Turn ON the device by turning the dial switch (you will hear a click). Two green lights will turn on indicating mode #1
• Mode Selection: Press the mode button (big round button), right and left lights indicate different massage wave forms.
• Intensity Adjustment: Slowly increase/decrease the intensity by turning the dial switch
• Time Setting: Auto cut off after 60 minutes of use. The lights will remain ON, to continue using, turn the switch OFF and then turn it back ON.
