Quicken Loans was not prepared for the high number of people there, which is off bc you would think that they knew how many Groupons were sold. They had 2 windows open for the Groupon users and the line was extremely long. I was in line for over 30 minutes and mussed tip off. Other people were coming in after the second period after getting their tickets. You would think the CAVS would have head better customer service.

About This Deal

Humans have been putting spherical objects in hoops for centuries, but until the invention of the dunk, the fast break, and face dribbling, it wasn’t an activity worth watching. See if “basketball” lives up to the hype with today’s deal Live deal for one NBA ticket to see the Cleveland Cavaliers play at Quicken Loans Arena. This Groupon includes tickets to the following two games:

 • Opening-night game against the Toronto Raptors on Monday, December 26, at 7 p.m.
 • Against the Miami Heat on Friday, February 17, at 7:30 p.m.

Choose between the following seating options: * For $42, you get one ticket for seating in the upper-level curve for each game (an $70 value). Seats will be in sections 202–204, 213–215, 219–221, 230–232, rows 1–17; or section 205, 212, 222, or 229, rows 9–17. * For $74, you get one ticket for seating in the lower-level end for each game (a $123 value). Seats will be in section 100, 101, 103, 114, 116–118, 120, 131, 133, rows 16–39.

Both seating options include post-game free throws following the December 26 game.

After a long lockout, NBA players take to the court for an exciting abbreviated season, with the Cleveland Cavaliers entering the fray under the leadership of veterans Antawn Jamison and Baron Davis. In the high-energy opening-night game, the Cavs don caveman garb to take on the Toronto Raptors in a shoe-squeaking, alley-ooping race for glory. A pair of hot rookies will try to hit their strides on the professional court, with Duke’s Kyrie Irving and Texas’ Tristan Thompson showcasing reverse jams. In February, the Miami Heat brings LeBron James back to Ohio for a match rife with more emotion than the doodles in Hamlet’s Trapper Keeper. Fellow Miami stars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will back up LeBron as the Heat attempts to scorch the wily Cavaliers.
