- The ICE! featuring Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer™ exhibit is a self-guided, walk-through experience that lasts approximately 15-30 minutes once you enter the attraction. Your entire ICE! experience may last anywhere between 30 and 75 minutes.
- Guests are welcome to bring hats and gloves.
- Children 3 and under are free with a paid adult admission. An adult must attend with children 11 and under (strollers are not permitted in the ICE! exhibit and queue line).
