What You’ll Do
Most good art is “alive” in a metaphorical sense, but Liza Fiorentinos creates art that truly lives: terrariums filled with colorful, meticulously arranged plants. During her holiday-themed workshops, she guides guests through the creation of three terrarium ornaments, helping them fill hangable glass orbs with provided soil, sand, plants, and cheerful decorations.
Make Living Art for the Season
Follow Liza step-by-step as you choose an array of plants, ribbons, and decorations to place inside three holiday ornaments.
At the sessions’ end, take home a complimentary seed card and all three of your ornaments wrapped in individual gift boxes.
Once the holiday is over, the ornaments can be replanted in small pots or left to grow in their glass globes.
Owner, Luludi Living Art Store
After 30 years in the workforce, Liza Fiorentinos liberated herself from a stifling corporate job in Paris in order to begin her own crafts shop. At her Astoria storefront, Luludi Living Art Store, she creates atypical living works of art, including terrariums, moss-covered shoes, and plants set in LED-lit frames. Her business has blossomed from making small pieces for individuals to producing decor for lobbies, receptions, and corporate events.
