Ploy Khunisorn discovered her passion for cooking when she was just 10 years old. Since those early days in the kitchen, the native Thai chef has gravitated towards a healthy and sustainable cooking style that she applies to traditional Thai meals. She backs up her recipes with certification from the Suan Dusit International Culinary School, and she teaches many of her favorites in an online cooking series called Ploy’s Kitchen.
