3x I used a bed & face tanner didn’t work. Was told they didn’t have a bed with working face tanner available for my level. Also Was told first visit I need to cancel the auto renew another time, and every other time I went the girl at the desk didn’t know how to do that! Was charged. Called to cancel and it has to be done in person! No reason, just policy. Don’t live nearby. Very unhappy.

Riley was very helpful explaining the process to a newbie like me. She was kind and professionals however, neither she nor the other customers were masked, and I think the business should require them to. When I out on my mask, Riley told me I did have to. Why? I may not be vaccinated. We’re not out of this pandemic yet, and it’s a highly trafficked smalll interior.

The staff is so helpful and informative about the beds, membership and products! And super clean!
