Area looks a little shaky. However the staff was professional. My dog smells wonderful. They gave me exactly what I went for. I love the two hour window for pick up after they call. Will be back The parrot on the front is absolutely beautiful!!

I was lost bbn at 1st because they moved across the street but once I located the right place it was a breeze. I signed in, told them what I needed and left. Th eww y bbn called me later and told me my Simba was ready for mlm pick up. He was so excited to see me. I'm satisfied. My 1st time there and I'm happy.

My fur baby looked great after his grooming but I probably will not return for a second service. There were way too many dogs in the small area and the customer service was below average . The young lady told me it would be about an hour service but it ended up being 3 1/2 hrs. Each time I called I was told 15 to 20 minutes and he’ll be done, NOT! Just need to step up CS and scheduling.

How Often Should I Get My Dog Groomed?
- Dogs with long or easily matted coats: every 6 weeks
- Long-haired breeds that require less upkeep (such as collies): every 8 weeks
- Shorter-haired dogs that just require a bath and nail trim: every 3 months
- When it doubt, ask your groomer or your vet to recommend a grooming schedule
