  • Dress for light athletic activity are designed to increase strength and flexibility, as well as develop focus and quick thinking
  • During the Taste of Fencing class the participant can learn about the etiquette and history of fencing, practice the basics, and take part in a duel. The class is designed as an introduction to the sport and is held from 1–3 p.m. every third Saturday of the month.
