I had a great experience with Lisa at Pal Driving School! She was super helpful and really went out of her way to make sure everything worked out for me. I originally signed up with a Groupon deal, and after talking things through, Lisa explained all the different fees and options clearly. She even adjusted my package so the lessons fit my needs and budget, which made things a lot easier and more affordable. I really appreciated her honesty and flexibility. She didn’t try to upsell me or push anything unnecessary, just found a fair solution that made sense. It’s nice dealing with someone who actually listens and tries to help. Very informative, very efficient. My daughter complete the course and passed the permit test without any trouble. She did, however, study more using the the DMV study guides for extra assurance.
