This was my first visit to Harmony Within Massage Therapy and it won’t be my last. The receptionist was very nice and made the booking process easy. The massage therapist was equally as great. She was so knowledgeable about human anatomy that she took one look at me with my clothes on and instantly knew where all my problem areas were stemming from. I can’t wait to go back.

The licensed massage therapists at Harmony Within Massage Therapy aim to reduce pain and improve range of motion with a number of massage modalities that include classic Swedish massage, sports massage, reflexology, or four-handed massage work. Reiki aims to channel energy, bringing balance and harmony to the body. Meanwhile, the Isabell Gatto Method of therapeutic acupressure uses the therapist’s fingertips to apply pressure to 50 specific points on the body, opening blocked energy pathways. Two private massage rooms provide a tranquil setting as candles flicker and warmth streams from a heated massage table equipped with a blanket, and heated neck and eye pillows.
