What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've always felt that being in shape not only looks good but also feels good. it can change you whole life and the way you feel about yourself. I want to give that feeling to other and make them feel great about themselves everyday they wake up.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when my clients say to me after class you kicked my butt, but it was so worth it. I love to give back to other and help them achieve their goal wether if it's to look better or just feel better about themselves.
A licensed chiropractor and experienced martial artist, Dr. John Surie started practicing hot yoga when he met his future wife, Natalie.
