Yesterday was our first class. OMG! It was tough. Thought I was gonna die. We hadn't really exercised in over 15 years. Love how other students motivate you to keep on going. You will be pushed beyond your limits, but afterwards it's so rewarding to know you did it! Hubby and I are 45 years old. He has a bad knee. They modified the training for him. Didn't realize how bad of shape we were. Do I look forward for today's class? Heck yeah! We can do this!

About Health Mind Body

Before he designed the boot-camp program at Health Mind Body, founder Hugh Boggs made his way around the world, picking up the core principles of his workout. A US Army veteran, Boggs spent three years as an infantryman with deployments in India and Iraq and worked as a physical-training group leader. In addition to his military training, Boggs also earned a black belt in hapkido after training in South Korea. He marshals all of this knowledge when leading fitness classes, which he has done for more than 10 years at various US health clubs. At Health Mind Body, Boggs mixes US military workout techniques with general fitness principles, helping clients achieve goals such as losing weight, building lean muscle, or building a robot out of spare parts from the junkyard.
