The experience of the personal trainers in this gym is unparalleled in the Milwaukee area. Wether you need really fun accountability and motivation or need to work around multiple injuries, we can do it all. Our gym can be whatever you need: calm and stable or funky and inspiring.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We actually love training clients! We are not trainers that do this because it seems easy. Training others, educating and creating change actually jacks us up! That energy transfers to you during your session. There will be no yelling to "run faster on the treadmill" but you will want to do better!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our gym is based on YOU as the equipment. You won't see a lot of un-used machines in our space. By using your own bodyweight you can achieve a high level of fitness with also getting functionally fit for daily life. Our space can host clients rehabbing an injury or intensely pushing their limits.
