What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are not your typical boot-camp or CrossFit class. We train youth athletes. We use Vertimax training systems to provide resistance without loading the spine. We train with functional and sport-specific movements. Our memberships include three training sessions per week, as the body requires rest.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By keeping their training short, intense, and extremely focused. Our ideal client is a youth volleyball player looking to improve his or her vertical jump by 6 inches or more. Speed-and-jump sports such as basketball, football, and track can hugely benefit from our training.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love to coach, and building faster, stronger and leaner athletes is our passion. We are football, basketball, baseball, and track coaches who decided to focus in on vertical-jump training because athletes that jump higher are also faster and more explosive.

What do you love most about your job?
We love developing youth athletes and watch them dominate the competition. We have developed several athletes that are currently playing at the Division I college level and several pro prospects.
