Hult's Restaurant's owners come from diverse backgrounds. Owner Alexander Hult worked in his mother's restaurants between seasons as a professional hockey player—he was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in 2003. His wife, Sarah Chapman-Hult, is a vice principal now that she's passed on the title of Miss Nevada USA. Together they opened their beautiful, elegant farm-to-table restaurant.
They bring this ecologically conscious cuisine to tables for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. The all-you-can-eat brunch menu includes classics like french toast, chicken & waffles, and eggs benedict. From Spring through Fall, patrons can sip wine and enjoy their lunch and dinner on the newly-built outdoor patio. Those dining during dinner can choose from a number of farm-to-table dishes that include pan roasted salmon with red quinoa and apple-wasabi foam, and rack of lamb with basil-mushroom couscous. Diners can complete their night out on the town in Los Gatos by visiting the bar to try an eclectic selection of craft cocktails, local beer, and wine. In recognition of their quality establishment, Hult's Restaurant was named the 2016 Best Small Business in Silicon Valley by the State of California.
