I didnt realize it was really for kids? Apparently the suburb location has alcohol.. while the city location is dry... seems backwards to me. Service was not friendly, and acting like we should already know what we want to do. Im sure most people that come in here are doing it to "game" and they know what they wanna do, but we were looking for harmless non competitive fun. We had issues with the machine and decided to leave, no issue, just lost interest in this place. Girl stopped us and asked if we were leaving, said we should've got her to help if something was wrong (we figured it was user error), and then said if we didnt sign out we would keep getting charged on our card. I paid with a groupon and never even provided a card.... but ok. So that was that, no real issue, but not what we were expecting.... dont go if youre thinking this will fall in line with a barcade

I love Ignite! Most of the time I go with a few friends so we can have a few beers and eat while we game, but I’ve actually hung around after just to check out new games too. Great staff, awesome food, really clever and tasty drinks, and a huge selection of games. And they’re doing a killer job managing all that during the pandemic.

Great way to escape the BS of 2020
They have food and fun games at good prices + with the GP deal it’s a steal!!! Been here 3 times.
