About Inaka Sushi & Bar
It’s acceptable for guests to eat out of boats at Inaka Sushi & Bar. The wooden boats, small enough to fit on tables, hold dozens of pieces of sushi that can be shared amongst friends or consumed by one hungry, hungry hippo. Rolls, which range from specialty with the Rainbow, Firecracker, and Spider to cooked with fillings of crabmeat and steamed shrimp, can be paired with sashimi like red snapper. For other meals, the chefs move from the sushi station to the hibachi table, where they chop chicken and steak into bite-size pieces and grill the proteins just feet from where diners sit.
