What You'll Get

Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today's deal: for $20, you get three boot-camp classes at Inland Empire Boot Camp (a $49.74 value). This deal is good at the Camp's three locations—two in Rancho Cucamonga and one on Glendora. Taken all together, you'll have the opportunity to work it on various mornings and evenings throughout the week. Check out the full schedule here.

In this boot camp, the enemy is predictability. Each day, your instructors will throw down a fresh guerrilla ambush worth of challenges for your muscles and your brain, fueling constant gains and keeping you engaged. Over the course of the co-ed or women-only session, you'll hit up cardio and resistance-interval circuits that strengthen, flexify, and enlimber your entire body core. You might run, jump, lift weights, stretch exercise bands, slam out push-ups, chase chickens, punch slabs of beef, and maybe even end with a live crocodile wrestle. In the heat of your workout, you'll sweat out weakness, fear, and monosodium glutamate while beginning to gain the functional, unsurpassed strength of a body in fluid, powerful motion.

Working out with others motivates you to push yourself harder, helps you stick to a regimen, and gives you the opportunity to bond with new friends over tales of general sweatiness and mutual plans to beat up the ocean. Campers might lose between 3% and 5% body fat, one to three inches on their waist, and two pounds of flab from between their toes. Boot-camp sessions can be reserved online at least 24 hours in advance. For more details about redeeming your Groupon, click here.

New clients only. All three classes must be redeemed within 30 days of the first.

While reviews for Inland Empire Adventure Boot Camp are still growing, eight Google Mappers and four Yelpers award it a perfect five stars:

  • I've been with IE boot camp nearly 3 years and 50 lbs ago, so I can easily recommend it. No matter your fitness level, the camp's trainers, Molli and Tony, will work you to your potential without making you feel broken down. And, they are always mixing it up so you're never bored! – Stinger, Google Maps
  • Boot camp days are some of my favorite days because I leave feeling accomplished and fantastic! – Regina H., Yelp

About Inland Empire Boot Camp

Inland Empire Boot Camp’s squad of experienced instructors eschews the ear-scarring screams of traditional boot camps in favor of rigorous motivation, individually tailoring every exercise to achieve sustainable results for students. Like the temperaments of salsa dancers, the boot camp’s intensity levels split into mild, medium, and hot categories to ensure every participant gets a vigorous but doable workout. The outdoor program mixes up activities for constantly shifting sessions, which divide time between exercises such as toning core muscles with planks and lunges and raising heart rates with jogging and calisthenics. Campers rotate through interval-based resistance and cardio training, aiming to stoke metabolic fires into searing calories. Inland Empire Boot Camp's schedule of both coed and women-only classes lets participants control their comfort levels, and the flexible schedule accommodates those who need extra time to get their werewolf or nongroggy daytime-werewolf symptoms under control. Inland Empire Boot Camp also offers grocery shopping classes, which escort students through the aisles, teaching them what to look for on food labels and how to decide between frozen or fresh, butter or margarine, and ketchup or catsup.
