During each 45-minute class, tailored to all experience levels, students hit heavy bags, work with medicine balls and battle ropes, and enter the ring for ab exercises. Classes are structured around 40–60 seconds of exercises, each separated by 25 seconds of push ups, burpees, or other calorie-focused workouts. MMA training gloves are required for workouts and are available for purchase at the facility.

About Jabz Boxing
Jabz Boxing Fitness for Women is a 55 minute circuit workout that combines boxing exercises with cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and numerous other boxing training exercises that are tailored for women of all ages. Our workouts change constantly to ensure there will be new challenges. Every Jabz class will be run by one of our Certified Jabz Trainers to guide you on proper form. Whether your level of fitness is beginner or advanced, Jabz trainers will push you to your own personal limits and help you obtain your fitness goals.
