The reception girls (Parish and Mekal) were friendly and professional. The assistant (the young guy with dark wavy/curly? hair) was very informative and explained several treatments that could address my concern. It felt so comfortable that he explained new treatments without pressure to buy. I definitely will be back for one of the treatments that he mentioned. Dr.Emer was great, in a rush of course, as the majority of the doctors with tight schedules, but he did an amazing job. I left very happy. The office design is perfect, the best in all of LA.

So far so good. They were very fast and efficient. Great communication. The office is beautiful and huge. We will see what the results are in a few days as thats the real test.

I never even leave reviews on here but this place was wonderful! Everyone was so nice to me. I showed up in not a great mood but everyone I interacted with was just wonderful! They didn’t even really try to upsell me on anything which I expect everyone will do with Groupons - just asked if I had skin care concerns and offered a product as a solution and easily accepted my answer of no. No one tried to tell me things were wrong with my face that aren’t. And Nisha (sp?) who did the injections did awesome! Hasn’t fully kicked in yet but so far looking great! Definitely highly recommend!
