What You'll Get
For $69, today's deal gets you a children's portrait session with live ducklings and a $100 photo credit at JS Photography (a $140 total value), located in the heart of Gainesville near the University of Florida campus.
Friendly couple Jeff and Sabrina Williams, owners of JS Photography, wield their master of fine arts degrees and Professional Photographers of America–certified prowess as they snatch split-second poses from midair, then pin them down as wriggling, lifetime-lasting visual keepsakes. Mixing creative photojournalism and contemporary classical photography, the Williamses focus on capturing the personality, emotion, and soul-shade of their subjects.
Available from March 28–31, ducky sessions let the snappers photograph your child (recommended for ages 6 months–10 years) interacting with live ducklings in a custom pond setting. The $100 photo credit can be applied toward purchasing eight wallet prints ($35+), 5"x7" prints ($45+), or a package that includes two 8"x10", four 5"x7", 16 wallet-size, and four 4"x5" photos ($175).
While there aren’t many online user reviews for JS Photography, previous customers give testimonials on its website:
- I have to tell you in all the years I have had portraits done of my family they always drag their feet in wanting to go and it typically ends up in total frustration when we are through. I can tell you that they want to come back and do it again. Our children had the BEST TIME EVER. They loved your humor and freedom to let them be kids. We got totally AWESOME pictures and you could see their personality come through in them. – The Renick family

About JS Photography
Though Jeff and Sabrina Williams come from very different backgrounds—Sabrina grew up in urban Rio de Janeiro, and Jeff hails from a rural area of Memphis—they share a mutual love for photography that ignited their personal and professional relationship when they first met in 2000. The award-winning duo developed this passion through eight years of formal education, which led to their MFAs in photography as well as the creation of JS Photography.
As the parents of two young boys, Jeff and Sabrina have a particular interest in family, newborn, and maternity photography. Combining the best aspects of fine-art and commercial photography, they strive to capture timeless images that are both classic and contemporary, while avoiding outdated trends such as drawing handlebar mustaches on each subject. Together, they've also immortalized more than 1,250 weddings across their careers and have also enjoyed imparting their talents and knowledge of Photoshop, lighting, and black-and-white film to other aspiring shutterbugs while serving as part-time teachers at the University of Florida.
