What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
We begin sessions by stretching dynamically to warm up the muscles, then we use kettlebells for strength training and cardio also utilizing plyometrics for an extra calorie burn. Throw in some resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls or stability balls and you have yourself a total body workout, done in intervals that will challenge, motivate and energize you.

Since our trainers are all certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, you will find that our classes are more personalized than whats found in other gym settings. We feature a well rounded booty building program, which we incorporate into every class. Our classes burn 500-800 plus calories. all our classes feature dynamic supersets and strength training designed to lengthen & TONE your muscles. Each energizing exercise helps you shed pounds and sculpt your body, remaking your shape.
