What my business, Kinetic Soul Dance Fit and Kinetic Soul Kick-Box offers is an high energy yet soulful party drive that is so contagious that you can't help but to push through as you are having fun and continuously engaging in this mental, physical and spiritual hardcore yet Kinetic beast workout that keeps you coming back for more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I'm a professional Dancer and Choreographer, currently for Disney but trained and taught Tae Bo under Billy Blanks as well as taught Zumba.  I figured out what drives me and what people need and want in a workout.  I created a combination of all of these elements so that people can not only get results but enjoy what they are doing and really be in it because of a drive that is so motivating and empowering.

What do you love most about your job?

I love motivating and inspiring people through a gift I've been blessed to have so they can be everything they imagine because everyone has it in them.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction I've gotten is not only do people love my classes, they love the music and the style of teaching, in a way that everyone gets it and that they are so motivated and how awesome it is to have a professional dancer teaching the class.
