Ryan, Owner/Instructor of the facility is responsive, professional, and skilled at his craft. I have only been to one class so far. However I am very encouraged.
Do you want fluff and useless promises? Don’t come here. Because this is a friendly, comfortable, no pressure environment with a community of lovely people ready to help you push yourself. Class sizes are great, equipment is everything you need and even a little more. The owner and staff are as small town love you can get.
Three Circuit Kickboxing Classes with Hand-Wraps Included
The class was fun and got me sweating. The trainer was great and guided me through the whole process as he juggled other customers. I got the one on one experience needed to learn and get a good workout without having to take all the attention away from other guests.
