Wonderful trip, with quite the adventure!! I had never kayaked on a river before, and I will say I learned a lot. My son and I went on the three hour upper kayak trip. I was not quite prepared for small rapids, and obstacles (like trees) that we had to navigate. Such a great experience!! Even though I tipped over more than 10 times- be prepared to get wet 😉.

We had a good time. Did the lower Kinni River. It took us a good 4 hours without stopping unless you call flipping a couple times stopping. ;) Our host was nice and efficient. So beautiful and saw some little water falls along the way. Well worth the adventure.

I made a review about our kayak trip Groupon deal for 6 hours last month and someone at Kinni Creek lodge responded that I reviewed the wrong company? How could that be? So we just showed up at the wrong business and they allowed us to use their kayaks for 6 hours? And for free? I don’t think so! I even found my name on their list for that day. The kayak is too small for a 6 footer, 210lbs hubby.
