P.M. boot camp classes:
- Mondays at 7:30 p.m. (cross-train and circuit training)
- Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. (strength and conditioning)
- Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. (high intensity interval training)
- Class size: 15 participants

My classes offer assessments for all clients to see and feel good about your progression. Each client is given a diet plan to fallow and maintain for optimal results. With high intensity workouts and correct nutrition goals are a reality.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I set short and long term goals in a fun and challenging environment that focuses on teamwork and of course always having positive energy that the clients can feed off of.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always had the entrepreneur mindset, and my desire to make a difference in peoples lives led me to where I am today. Never look back and proud and happy to be in the fitness industry helping people live healthy lives.

I love inspiring, motivating, and educating clients to achieve personal health and fitness goals.
