Our hot room utilizes a high-powered infrared heating system and a commercial-grade air purifier that works before, during and after each class to maintain high-quality fresh oxygen in the hot room for your practice. The hot room has humidity to increase your detoxification process and open your mind, body, soul, and pores. Equipments and floor and cleaned and sanitized after each class following CDC guidelines.
