You have to call a day before to make an appointment for Groupon. No same day. My appointment was at 11am the next day and was promptly taken to a sectioned off massage bed. It was easy to relax with the soothing music. The gentleman asked me if I wanted my massage medium or hard I asked medium because I dont get these treatments often. Very professional and relaxing! Would return!
