The staff is amazing and always happy and smiling with a warm welcome. The teachers are well educated and give you an excellent workout. It’s a very Zen atmosphere calming and relaxing while getting a workout.
Just attended my first class and loved it. The team there are so friendly, the other yogis are so nice. Class is challenging but supportive. Highly recommend.
