Combat Circuit is a convenient and efficient workout that consists of 30 minutes of cardio intervals alternated with ten mixed martial arts conditioning exercises. Each cardio and martial arts round lasts 90 seconds and with each round brings a new exercise technique to challenge different parts of the body with different movements. Each exercise movement is chosen specifically to mimic the same techniques used in martial arts sparring. We incorporate plyometric medicine ball exercises, cardio machines, and heavy bags to create the ultimate, functional, full body workout. The exercises are safe, easy to follow, simple to learn. Since no two workouts are completely the same, you’ll never get bored.
